BLS International Services Limited has received a debarment order from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, preventing the company from participating in future tenders of the MEA and India Missions abroad for a period of two years, the company said Saturday.
The order, dated October 9, 2025, was communicated to the company on October 10, 2025, it said.
The MEA’s order was issued “on the account of allegations including court cases and complaints of applicants.” The debarment does not affect the company’s existing contracts, which “shall continue as per the existing terms,” according to the filing.
In its disclosure to stock exchanges, BLS International said, “The Company is reviewing the said order and will take appropriate action in due course as per the law.”
The company also clarified that the debarment “shall not affect the financial/performance of existing operations of the company.”
BLS International, which provides visa outsourcing and consular services for multiple governments, said that the two-year restriction applies only to future tenders issued by the MEA and India Missions abroad.
The company added that it is evaluating the order and will take suitable measures to address it under the law.
