Ingredients
1 cup Rajgira
1 cup Jaggery
2-3 teaspoons Ghee
Chopped Dry Fruits
Recipe
Heat a pan over low heat. Add the Rajgira seeds and toast them.
- As soon as they start to burst and grow, take them out in a vessel.
- Put the Rajgira seeds in a sieve and filter them.
- Now add jaggery and 2 spoons of water in the same pan and mix them.
- When the jaggery starts to foam, reduce the flame and add the Rajgira seeds to it.
- Then add chopped dry fruits to it and mix well.
- Now apply a little water on your palm, take a little mixture, and make laddus.
