In such a situation, Saturday fasts are observed to relieve the problems caused by Saturn's Sade Sati and Dhaiyya.
When to Start the Saturday Fast
This fast can be started on any Saturday of the Shukla Paksha (waxing phase). According to belief, fasting for seven Saturdays provides relief from the wrath of Shani Dev and brings success in every field. Along with this, Shani Dev also receives special blessings.
Saturday Fast and Worship Method
To please Shani Dev, wake up in the Brahma Muhurta, take a bath, and then clean the temple or place of worship. After this, bathe the idol of Shani Dev with water, offer him black clothes, black sesame seeds, black urad dal, and mustard oil, and light a mustard oil lamp in front of him. After offering roli and flowers, one should recite the Shani Stotra. Also, recite the Sunderkand and Hanuman Chalisa. Also recite the Shani Stotra and chant "Sham Shanaishcharaya Namah" and "Surya Putraya Namah."

Remedy for Saturday Fast
It is believed that Lord Shani resides in the Peepal tree. Lighting a mustard oil lamp under the Peepal tree every Saturday and donating mustard oil (Chhaya Daan) is considered highly auspicious and helps ward off negativity.
The Abhijit Muhurta on Saturday fast begins at 11:44 am and ends at 12:31 pm, and the Rahukaal period begins at 9:14 am and ends at 10:41 am.
