An American couple embarked on a UK adventure, dedicating seven months to exploring the region. As part of their travels, they couldn't resist sampling the best of , with its 2,600 stores scattered across the country.
Jeremy and Cara, responsible for the channel, documented their experiences in a video titled: "24 Hours Eating ONLY British Fast Food."
Their breakfast foray into Greggs was largely a success, except for one notable disappointment. Initially, they had high hopes of customising a breakfast roll – a possibility pointed out by their 74,800-strong subscriber base.

Unfortunately, the specific Greggs branch they visited was hindered by a malfunctioning machine, limiting their options to prepackaged food.
Jeremy settled on a pre-made vegan sausage sandwich, accompanied by a side of hash browns. However, upon sampling the latter, his reaction was lukewarm: "It is a hash brown... it is fine."
Cara echoed his sentiments, remarking: "The hash browns taste like I think you would expect for something that has been sitting in a hot case for a while."
Fortunately, the remainder of their meal fared better. Cara summarised their experience: "That was very tasty. I feel like Greggs is a very divisive company. However, if you are wanting a quick cheap meal, they really have it covered.
"We don't have anything like it in the US and I feel like it is really underappreciated and I would love it in the US. Could Greggs come to the US?"
After a less-than-stellar hash brown, Jeremy was surprised by his sandwich's quality, remarking: "The vegan sausage is pretty nice. It has got a very sagey flavour to it and the texture of the bread is nice. It is pretty good, I like that."
Cara also shared her unexpected delight, saying: "That's really good! We have corn products in the US but we don't have a delightful sausage that is savoury in this way - this is so good.
"We have like maple flavoured breakfast sausage. This is much better in my opinion and the roll is really nice and soft. It is so good. Since it was a prepackaged item I was expecting it to be unimpressive but it is really nice. I like it a lot."
Notably, the sausage roll didn't claim the top spot as their preferred item; instead, another menu option took that title.
The pièce de résistance was the chicken bake, which had them both raving. Jeremy chuckled: "Yeah, it is actually really good. I agree, it is one of my favourite Greggs things we have had."
Following their video upload on YouTube, one viewer commented: "I've never classed Greggs as a fast food place, I've always associated it as a bakery, their steak bakes are delicious."
Another viewer advised: "Please don't judge the UK food by Greggs. It's generally cheap on the go food... but the festive bake is great!" A different user enthused: "Could Greggs go to the US? Please! Take all of them!"
A fourth chimed in: "Never have I been to Greggs to get told they can't do bacon and sausage. You got very unlucky."
