Donald Trump has sworn live on air once again during his latest broadcast announcing Washington DC authorities would be taken under federal control.
The US President stepped on stage in the country's capitol this afternoon to discuss introducing a host of new strict federal controls on local law enforcement targeting criminals and the homeless. The major new changes, he said, would "start strong" in Democrat-run DC, and potentially spread to other east coast cities with a strong blue base such as New York and Baltimore.
While he unveiled a significant amount of information during the lengthy conference, he was, as usual, unable to stay on-script, and was at one point heard swearing about one of his biggest rivals - California governor Gavin Newsom. It comes after Donald Trump accused of 'throwing shade' at Prince Harry and Meghan with cryptic quip.

He made a swipe at Governor Newsom, who Trump has nicknamed 'Newscum' in a prolonged series of attacks. Discussing housing in Los Angeles and the California Governor, Trump blasted Newsom as having a "good line of bulls**t but that's about it."
Speaking about an affluent DC neighbourhood he claimed people wanted to leave due to District of Columbia Mayor Muriel Bowser, he said: "People are angry.
"They loved that area… it was all luxury stuff and beautiful stuff, but the level of love for that neighbourhood was incredible…I watched poeple on television and they want to leave they’ve lost their spirit they’ve lost their heart, because they mayor’s incompetent. And Gavin Newscum [Trump’s nickname for Newsom] is incompetent.
"He’s got a good line of bulls***t but that’s about it, he’s incompetent." The potty-mouthed outburst wasn't the first of Mr Trump's second run at the presidency, with the US Commander-in-Chief having also dropped an F-bomb just over a month ago.
Mr Trump fired off an expletive during a speech from the White House lawn in late June at the height of the crisis in the Middle East when Israel and Iran accused one another of breaking a fragile ceasefire negotiated with US aid.
Speaking to reporters, he said: "We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f*** they’re doing.
"Do you understand that?” Mr Trump's public expletive was not only the first for him, but also for a sitting President, it is believed, with no others having ever been recorded swearing in public.
