Jennifer Lopez's surprising reaction after being denied entry into designer Chanel shop

Singer Jennifer Lopez was reportedly denied entry to a Chanel store in Turkey, following her performance at the Istanbul Festival earlier this week. Following her show, the 56 year old songstressdecided to explore the city and shop at Chanel, but was reportedly denied entry by a member of the security team.

The reason behind her non- admission was allegedly down to the fact that the store had reached capacity. According to news outlet Turkiye Today, the mum of two, took the news well and replied "Okay, no problem."

The singer, who recently divorced Hollywood actor Ben Affleck was invited back by staff at Chanel. However, after being denied access, she took it upon herself to visit other high-end stores including Celine. Last month, Jennifer suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction while on stage as her skirt fell off.

The star, had performed in Warsaw, Poland on July 25 wearing a gold bikini top and matching skirt but as her dancers sang happy birthday to her, her skirt fell off as she sauntered across the stage.

But ever the professional, Jennifer, better known as JLO twirled in her gold undergarments and said: "I'm out here in my underwear ... That's gonna be everywhere."

In a state of panic, one of her dancers tried to reattach the skirt as the birthday celebrations continued but she simply laughed off the incident.

She told the crowd: "I'm glad that they reinforced that costume. And I'm glad I had underwear on. I don't usually wear underwear …"

She added: "Guys I gotta tell you ... Yes you can keep it (the skirt) I don't want it back. I don't want it back you can have it forever and ever." She continued: "I am so thankful to be here in beautiful Warsaw on my birthday. "

"I gotta tell you, surrounded by my incredible dancers, my band, my crew, everybody - I am so blessed. I don’t usually give any advice to anybody because I feel like we’re all on our own specific journey …," she said.

She concluded her speech saying: "If I had one little piece of advice for you, it would be to do what you love, find what you love, do it, and do it with people that you love, and then you will have the most amazing life."

She added: " I can say that firsthand."
