Sunny Deol urges viewers to enjoy 'Jaat' without labels as religious film: 'People get sensitive'

During an interview with News18, Sunny explained, "People get sensitive when you all talk about it. We should not be talking about all these things." He emphasized that they are loved by everyone and love everyone in return. He believes they represent not just the country but the world at large. According to him, there is no intention to uplift or belittle anyone; it's simply not the case.






The Role of Cinema






The actor suggested that people should simply enjoy cinema without overthinking it. He believes that films are meant to provide a feel-good experience, and there's nothing more to it. He noted that people often get influenced by what is discussed and that unnecessary issues can be stirred up by excessive conversation.

Jaat' marks Sunny Deol’s first collaboration with Randeep Hooda, who plays the antagonist Ranatunga. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the action thriller features Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, and Regina Cassandra.
