After his strong season, famous Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic, who holds the record for the most Grand Slam wins, sent a kind message to support Jokic. Djokovic, who is one of the greatest tennis players of all time, wanted to celebrate Jokic’s hard work and success, showing pride in his fellow Serbian. He said:
"Nikola, congratulations on another historic season. From our beloved homeland, Serbia, all the way to Denver, we are super proud of you in this new record-breaking season. You've broken so many records and made history once again."
Further, Djokovic said:

Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was named to the All-NBA First Team after winning the MVP award. He was joined by top players Nikola Jokic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jayson Tatum, and Donovan Mitchell.
