Complaint filed over offensive WhatsApp posts on slain Hindu activist

 

Bajpe: A complaint has been filed at Surathkal police station against individuals who circulated objectionable messages on WhatsApp about slain Hindu activist Suhas Shetty, who was recently murdered in Kinnipadavu.

According to the complaint filed by Suhas Shetty’s family members, the accused falsely claimed that Suhas was murdered by his own family after an obscene video of a relative was circulated on social media.

The family has alleged that such fake messages can disrupt peace and law and order in the area.
