Israeli Diplomat Labels Attack “Unacceptable,” Highlights Deep India-Israel Ties

Mumbai, April 29 — Israel’s Consul General for Mid-West India, Kobbi Shoshani, has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack in Kashmir, calling it “unacceptable” and describing the visuals emerging from the region as “heart-wrenching.” He urged Pakistan to take effective measures against the ongoing terrorist activities originating from its territory.

Speaking to the media, Shoshani emphasized the robust and enduring relationship between India and Israel, noting, “The bond between our countries is not limited to governments or leaders; it is a strong and unbreakable connection between our peoples.” Expressing his grief over the recent events in Kashmir, he added, “As a human being, a friend, and a brother to India, we cannot ignore what we have witnessed. It was deeply saddening.”

Direct Appeal to Pakistan for Action Against Terrorism

Addressing Pakistan directly, Shoshani stated, “Pakistan must tackle the terrorist activities emerging from its soil in Kashmir.” He also praised India’s diplomatic approach on global platforms, commenting, “India is handling its foreign policy very skillfully and intelligently.”

The Israeli diplomat’s strong words further highlight the close strategic and diplomatic ties between India and Israel. Both nations have consistently demonstrated solidarity in the global fight against terrorism.
